Driver

As a Driver you will be responsible for genuinely caring about our guest’s safety and well being inside the vehicle; ensuring guest’s safety while loading and unloading the vehicle; safe and timely transportation to and from hotel; assisting with arrivals and departures, at all times. To provide efficient, prompt and courteous assistance with luggage, rooming and guest relations to guests under the direction of the Lobby Coordinator, when needed.

·         Pre-trip inspection before driving vehicle.

o   Exterior checked for damages and cleanliness.

o   Engine, instruments and lights checked for working condition.

o   Interior checked for cleanliness and condition.

o   Condition documented in log book.

·         Ensure Travel log filled out completely and legibly. Each trip must be recorded on trip sheet log (time and mileage).

·         Continually check with hotel after each trip for unexpected assignments. Be sure to maintain contact with hotel while in vehicle.

·         Traffic route known in advance

o   Appropriate time allowed for arrival.

o   Exact location of destination known.

·         Vehicle inspected after each trip

o   Exterior and interior is inspected thoroughly

o   Vehicle cleaned and maintained throughout shift.

·         Ensure gas tank filled prior to each shift, if not please report to manager to pick up payment for gas purchase.
