We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Resort manager for our Twin Mills RV Resort in Howe, Indiana. This beautiful RV resort is minutes away from Amish farm settlements, and has its own 110 acre lake to keep customers and guests happily swimming, boating, and sunning in this great resort property.

What You'll Do (including, but not limited to):

• Manage the resources and assets of the property, including staff, buildings, and other assets
• Attract new customers and guests through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the vacation experience of our guests
• Analyze, prepare and manage the operational budget of the resort
• Maximize the profitablility of the resort

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year, accredited university or college. A combination of education and commensurate experience may be considered.
• 5 plus years of experience
• Marketing and sales experience
• An ability to perform and analyze market surveys
• An ability multi-task; participate in company and regional meetings
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications, and other web based applications including email, financial systems
