*This position provides guests with hassle-free, consistent, personalized, and Inspirational Hilton moments. You must assist guests with customer service in the capacity of Bell person or Door Person.

*This position retrieves guest items from cars, buses, vans and carts. Grasps, lifts, carriers and/or loads luggage and packages on a bell cart to transport items throughout the hotel to a designated room. Navigates bell cart through public areas, guest room corridors and to elevators.

*Escorts customers to accommodations, visually inspects room and points out room features and directory for reference.

*Listens and responds with empathy to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice. Answers questions and offers assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, air line shuttle service, etc.

*Organizes and stores luggage as necessary in a designated area. Able to handle a large volume of luggage during peak periods.

*Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Remain calm and attentive, especially during heavy hotel activity and emergencies.

*Delivers mail, packages, faxes, etc to specific guest rooms

*Maintains and posts hotel reader boards and public area signage

*Cleans and polishes carts and designated work area as needed

*Answers the bell desk according to Hilton Standards and protocol and provides information as needed

*Reads and matches luggage tags, writes claims tickets and detaches portion to give to guest

*Assist with providing door service as need according to schedule demands/ works with valet to provide prompt service

-You must be hospitable, friendly, and work well with others

-Experienced Hospitality professionals preferred

-Applicant must be flexible to work a varied schedule which including working nights, weekends, and holidays

-Must be able to lift 100lbs and stand and walk for long periods of time

-Able to handle large volume of luggage and great time management skills
