Multi Unit Manager

This Midwest Restaurant company is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager with a strong operational background and has extensive experience in team building, leadership and communication skills.

The desired candidate must have at least 3-5 years operational experience as a General Manager or 2 years as a multi-unit Supervisor in a high volume restaurant concept. The candidate should also have a strong history of people development, the ability to recruit, train and develop management and staff in all aspects of restaurant operations and be sales and profit orientated.

-         Provides leadership, guidance and counseling to the managers through coaching, training, management development and other business plans to help build sales and ensure the success of the restaurant operations.

-         Reviews and analyzes sales projections and expenses in order to prepare restaurants profit plan.

-         Monitors restaurant performance and helps the management team develop corrective action plans when problem areas are identified.

-         Ensures that corrective action plans are implemented in a timely fashion and in such a way as to promote long term solutions.

-         Administers and enforces appropriate levels of financial controls for proper accountability of Company funds.

-         Assists Managers in the selection and training of staff.

-         Identifies, coordinates and participates in effective local and regional marketing programs.

-         Provide timely communications and feedback with the Corporate and Franchise offices.
