Stonebridge Company a property management company for the Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites and Embassy Suites is currently recruiting for a Guest Service Manager for our Hilton Garden Inn property. This is a fast paced position responsible for motivating, training and building a strong front desk team. The Guest Service Manager is also responsible for reviewing and following up on guest's surveys, respond to guest's complaints and requests in a timely manner, maintain a high level of customer service.

This position requires 2 years of management experience, customer service experience, availably to work nights and weekends, the ability to resolve guest conflict and make decisions. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. The successful applicant must have a high school or equivalent education and be able to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 50 lbs or more.
