A respected international hotel operator with aggressive acquisitions plans for luxury properties in the USA, seeks a Vice President of Operations USA. Those persons currently holding this role will only be considered. “No pretenders to the throne”! The client has requested someone who is currently in the role with an operator such as Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, “Leading Hotels of the World” or similar.
The responsibilities will include acquisition or development of management contracts, managing the progress of existing properties, preparing financial commitments; bottom line profitability, forecasting and budget control.
The individual would work in tandem with the Head Office. The individual we seek must have the ability to work under pressure, have effective time control skills, be diligent, and have an excellent personable and approachable personality. We need a pleasant person with a positive attitude, as the group is culturally friendly with a great team spirit.
For this role, some International experience is required, although not mandatory. The role will be based in Eastern United States and the salary and benefits are totally negotiable based on the experience of the individual.
