Job Description:

• Field all incoming calls
• Takes phone inquiries pertaining to events and functions, type catering menu revisions, as well as maintains sales kits and forms.
• Schedules and organizes internal meetings for Catering Sales
• Assist with creating proposals and contracts
• Sending out post event survey
• Staffing - Recruit , Train and Schedule wait staff
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Job Requirements:

Must possess strong administrative skills, professional phone manner as well as basic computational ability. Knowledge of computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Caterxpert and Power Point

• Some analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports.
• Ability to provide continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing deadlines and meeting deadlines.
• A minimum of 1.5 years’ experience in the field of catering
• Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely.
• Flexible work schedule due to business demands
