We are a high volume restaurant company that is passionate about food, wine and service. Our authentic Italian cuisine is made in-house daily. Our menu is matched by great service, an exciting wine list and a beautiful dining room.

We are mid-west based Company looking for restaurant professionals whose drive and initiative will ensure their rapid advancement in a growing company. We plan to open 3 restaurants in the next 12 months.

*Chef - Perrysburg, OH

*Chef - Champaign, IL

* Sous Chef - Algonquin, IL

* Sous Chef - Peoria, IL

The ideal candidate is a proven leader from a high sales volume / full service environment. The type of individual that can inspire a staff to fulfill the details and disciplines of authentic and high skill variable cuisine in a high volume setting. We believe in reserving a portion of the food and wine menu development process for unit management, and thus, need individuals who are passionate and well versed with both food and wine.

Previous experience as a Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a $3.5 Million or better sales environment.
A sense of humor.
The ability to organize and lead a chef team of 4 and a staff of 25.
Excellent communication skills.
A drive to make both the guests and the employees feel special.
