The DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Downtown is a 341-room full service hotel and convention center and is home to never-ending discovery and change. We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of Catering Sales Manager. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales. Main areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Selling Catering functions and meetings.
Maintaining of existing accounts as well as generating new business. Being the point of contact for our catering customers.
Promoting property and services to customers by conducting property tours and heavy phone contact.
Ensuring proper communication between the departments involved to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Must be detail-oriented and have excellent administration, computer, communication and organizational skills.
Must have strong negotiating and closing skills.
Must be flexible to work different schedules.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
