Job Description
The SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills is seeking a Hotel Manager to assist the General Manager in administering and managing the hotel's operation, maintaining established costs and quality standards. The Hotel Manager is responsible for the hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager, will participate in total hotel management as a member of the hotel Executive Committee, and direct the hotels Room's divisions in accordance with Starwood Hotels Policy's & Procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of leading a Luxury/High end hotel team in Guest Satisfaction, Brand Identity, Driving Revenue, and Daily Hotel Operations. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience required, as well as four to five years of employment in a related position.
