Responsibilities
Work under the direction of the General Manager
Be fully involved in FOH and BOH operations – from helping guests to prepping food
Uphold company policies and procedures
Employee Scheduling
Maintenance of restaurant
Train and coach employees
Inventory, ordering, receiving
Some financial reporting / working with budgets, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager, preferably in full-service
Hands-on management style
Comfortable working both FOH and BOH
Guest-focused
Great employment tenure
Very comfortable working in high-volume operations
