Human Resources Director

Fillmore Hospitality is not your average hospitality company.  We demand talented, articulate, and forward thinking individuals and we deliver results.  We need a proven Human Resources professional with a strong background in labor relations to lead the charge at the DoubleTree Hotel in Oak Brook, Illinois.  Working with heavy union presence at the property, our Human Resources Director must have the operational knowledge and experience to effectively perform in this environment.  As HRD, you will (naturally) wear many hats.  You must have an eye for talent, you must be a leader in your field, and you must be extremely competent in the generalist capacity.

-Minimum of five years experience in the HR field; minimum of one - two years at similar size hotel/resort property as HRD/HRM

-Demonstrated knowledge of all pertinent state and federal laws

-Union experience (in hospitality setting preferred)

-Intermediate computer skills: MS Office suite

-Social media savvy and "up" on HR trends as they relate talent management and development
