If this describes you, we have the ideal position available at the one of Pacific Hospitality Group's Orange County hotels at the DoubleTree by Hilton Santa Ana-OC Airport. The property is newly remodeled and we're looking for an outstanding HR Manager to join our team!

The HR Manager 3 is the onsite manager who is responsible for payroll, employee relations, and administrative duties related to employees "team members".

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage HRIS system for your property
  • Benefits management to include enrollment, confirmation of benefits, and problem resolution
  • Retirement benefit: 401K-management reconciliation for 5500
  • Recruitment- work with corporate Director of Recruitment to recruit open positions
  • Employee relations- work with managers and comply with all polices of PHG
  • Conduct CARE rally process per DoubleTree by Hilton standards

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years HR experience (entry level)
  • Workers Comp/Payroll experience
  • English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hospitality experience a plus
  • Strong desire and ability to integrate HR within the total hotel operation, functioning as a partner and resource for associates and managers
  • Knowledge of state, federal and local laws
  • Excellent organizational skills
