Job Description

This position reports to the Food and Beverage Director and will require a great deal of flexibility.

* Supervision of both AM or PM associates based on needs
* Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Room Service
* Opening and/or closing the facility
* Training and motivating the staff
* Play a significant role within the hotel
* Communication within the food department and to other departments
* Conducts pre-meal and pre-shift meetings
* Setting and maintaining standards for service and side work
* Involved in programs and menu development

 

Job Requirements

A Minimum of 3 years Food and Beverage supervising experience - preferably at a major brand hotel.

* Must have a positive attitude which can inspire
* Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
* Hands on approach
* Flexibility to work AM, PM, Weekends and Holidays may be required
* Must have strong POS experience
* Strong leadership qualities and takes ownership
* Scheduling
* Creativity and problem solving skills a must
