- Monitors the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Banquets and Executive Lounge areas to ensure all facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition. Responsible for the handling and storage of F&B equipment.
- Ensures all outlets and banquet areas are in compliance with Hilton Quality Assurance and Ecosure standards.
- Ensures guest satisfaction and handles or assists with any guest-related complaints and follow-up as necessary.
- Implements and trains associates on brand and hotel standards.
-Performs shift opening and/or closing duties including cashiering/host.
- Ensures associates complete their assigned side work and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Conducts daily team meetings per assigned shift.
- Monitors guest surveys scores on a daily basis and creates strategies and goals that will ensure the hotel goals are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate
- Minimum of 1 year of F&B supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Food Handler certification required
