The Grand Geneva Resort located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, just 60 minutes outside of Milwaukee and 90 minutes from downtown Chicago is not only known for it's fine accommodations, golf courses, and 1300 acres of picturesque grounds, but it is also known for offering some of the finest and most successful restaurant operations & outlets in the greater Chicago/Milwaukee markets.

Our world class, all season resort is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the retail operation at the main lodge. This position will be responsible for the buying of products for the gift shop, merchandising, inventories, and oversight of the retail team.  

Qualified candidates will bring 2 years previous management experience in a retail environment. Must have proven leadership skills and a keen eye for quality.

  • Train & supervise retail associates to ensure service standards are being adhered to
  • Maintain payroll and expenses in line with budget
  • Buying of products for the retail outlet 
  • Ensure all products & displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales & profitability
  • Resolve customer concerns & implement resolutions
  • Participate in physical inventories and merchandise receiving/tracking as needed
  • Select & hire appropriately for the role of retail associate
  • High degree of professionalism & integrity
  • College degree in related field of study preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, & holidays
