Paramount Hospitality Management (PHM), a dynamic, growth-oriented hotel management company is currently looking for an Accounting Assistant.  PHM is a successful full-service management organization for hotels, resorts, condo-hotels, vacation ownership and a combination of mixed-use.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual that will assist in a variety of accounting functions. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the posting of credits and debits of owner’s accounts, food and beverage inventories, from actual physical inventory to final calculation of costs, as well as assist as needed in other areas of the department.

This is a terrific entry level position for learning all aspects of accounting.  Position will require some evening hours.

Candidate must be able to multi-task and be great team player. 

  1. Accounting Degree preferred but not required
  2. Accounting experience a plus
  3. Proficient with computer skills (word, excel etc.)
  4. Must be self-motivated.
  5. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Must have abilities to interact positively with other team members, owners and guests
