RESERVATIONS AGENT (Full-time & Part-time)

Hard Rock Hotel Chicago, four-diamond upscale hotel in Downtown Chicago, is looking for a Reservations Agent to provide outstanding customer service to our guests by accurately entering room reservations and promoting Hard Rock Hotel Chicago's high standards for quality service.

The Reservations Agent is responsible for processing all reservations.  Handling all daily activities regarding reservation capturing, changes and cancelations according to market segment.  Organize and file information according to established standards.  Maintain knowledge of all information regarding programs, packages, groups, rates, special promotions, etc… Handle all phone calls efficiently and courteously; consistent with established standards and procedures

* 1-3 years customer service experience with willingness to deliver an outstanding guest experience to our customers.
* Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with a knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to use sales techniques and clearly communicate with customers over the phone and face-to-face.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organizational skills a must.
