Sous Chef

Willow Oaks Country Club is a private member owned club located on the banks of the James River in Richmond, VA,  with food and beverage annual revenues are $2.2 million dollars, where the mission includes quality and excellence as a standard. 

This "hands-on" position includes training, menu planning, food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation, cost control, and staff supervision.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will have a 2 year culinary degree or equivalent experience; high-energy, a strong sense of gracious hospitality, a positive and caring attitude, is an organized professional who is self-motivated, creative, and a team player with management and leadership experience.
