The beautiful Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta NW is looking for a dynamic and seasoned Catering Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of previous experience as a Catering Sales Manager.  Hotel experience preferred.

 

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic hotel leader with a desire to join a growing, premier lodging company. This position will be responsible for selling banquets and banquet services to organizations and individuals. In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have at least two years of catering sales experience with a hotel of similar size and quality; College degree a plus; Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
* Solicit new catering business.
* Handle incoming inquiries and book premium business
* Actively participate in industry related organizations
* Enjoy asking for business and closing sales
* Maximize yield
* Participate in local community to develop business contacts
* Possess excellent phone sales skills
