Job Details
The job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service to all hotel guests.
Ensure the front office team is properly trained and that they follow all SOP's.
Responsible for the scheduling, forecasting and training of the department.
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor guest service agent duties and ensure they are completed timely.
Handle coaching and counseling efforts for front office staff, as needed.
2-4 years of previous Front Office management/supervisory experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PMS (Opera)
Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights/weekends/holidays
