Be a well-respected leader of the business
Oversee a management staff of 8 and hourly staff of 50
Ensure the highest levels of service and product to grow business short and long term
Wedding sales
Oversee overall sales and profitability
Manage weekly meetings, BEO, sales and cost controls
Mentor sales and operation management
Oversee day to day operations and events
Train management and hourly staff to an extremely high level of service
Work closely with ownership and marketing company on the annual marking plan
Preventative maintenance program
Continuous development of cost effective menus
Profit and loss statement responsibility
Continuous analysis of the wedding, social and corporate markets
Involvement in community organizations and local Chamber of Commerce
Minimum 10 years food and beverage experience
Minimum 6 years sales experience
Minimum 6 year personnel management
Marketing experience
Strong computer skills
Must be highly motivated, self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement
Personal and business performance evaluated by RESULTS
