Richmond International Airport is the gateway to central Virginia. Richmond International Airport has evolved into one of the most modern and well-equipped airports in the eastern United States. Located seven miles southeast of Richmond, the Capital of Virginia, and within an hour drive of historic Williamsburg and a two hour drive from Washington, D.C., the Blue Ridge Mountains, and Virginia Beach, Richmond International Airport is your hub to tourist attractions in Virginia. The successful associate will be responsible for profitably managing all aspects of the operation, including food & beverage locations. Specific duties include: * Build and maintain positive customer and client relations by providing efficient, quality services and products. * Oversee and coordinate the activities of all management personnel and oversee supervision of associates. * Responsible for opening and closing of all THS concepts. * Train employees in company policy and procedures, including GuestPath, and ensure quality performance. * Maintain proper implementation of sanitation procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment. * Will interview and schedule associates. * Verify sales reports, cash audits, cash handling, payroll accounting reports, and provide statistical planning. * Responsibility for maintaining brand standards set forth by the brand. * Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations regarding liquor, sanitation, payroll, employment and EEO.
The successful candidate must have: * A minimum of 5+ years experience in a management role, managing multi-units in a contract environment. * Must have strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. * Must have strong commitment to customer and client service. * Strong managerial skills required; ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative, leadership and team building skills are essential. * Experience within the airport industry and with branded concepts is preferred. * Bachelor's degree in Business Management is strongly preferred.
