The Beechwood Hotel, a small luxury boutique hotel, in Worcester, MA seeks a fully qualified and experienced Sous Chef for our award winning Harlequin Restaurant.

As a Key Leader in the Kitchen, you will focus your efforts on ensuring that our products lead the pack in creativity and attention to detail; that our Colleague environment is positive and inspiring; and, that our banquet kitchen operations are smooth and efficient.

Only candidates currently residing with MA, Boston and Central Mass will be considered.

This person will report directly to the Executive Chef.

Previous Sous Chef experience in a comparable restaurant environment is required.

To create a la minute menus, multi-task as well as possess excellent cooking and organizational skills.

Knowledge of various cuisines and ability to communicate in a clear, concise, calm manner is a must.

The successful candidate will be a highly energetic individual who is excited about the challenge of implementing new menus and systems.

Exposure to cooking in a high volume restaurant kitchen

Valid trade qualifications required

Must possess excellent organizational skills.
