JHM Hotels is looking for a dynamic General Manager for its Courtyard by Marriott property located in beautiful Coral Gables, Florida.
As the hotel's Strategic Leadership Partner, the GM is responsible for maintaining the hotel's product quality, guess satisfaction, revenue initiatives, associate satisfaction and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a College degree in Hotel Administration preferred; 5-10 years Hotel Management experience (Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton or Starwood preferred) as a General Manager; has a well-developed capacity for strategic decision making and a track record of proven results in the areas of guest satisfaction and operations; a hands-on management style with a strategic vision will add to this individual's success; strong leadership skills with the capacity to develop, train and retain a strong service-oriented team of managers and associates; and strong Sales & Marketing skills as demonstrated through an understanding of RevPAR, Forecasting, the Annual Marketing Plan, CapEx and Budgeting.
