The Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Food & Beverage Division. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a high volume banquet/resort facility. College degree is preferred. Experience with menu design, food and beverage controls, and payroll costs are required. The ability to deal with internal and external customers in a diplomatic, constructive and professional manner is required.
