The Sheraton Minneapolis Midtown Hotel is seeking a motivated individual who is looking to grow and develop with one of the leading Hospitality Companies in the Twin Cities.  We are a full service hotel conveniently  located on the Midtown Greenway just outside Downtown Minneapolis and are connected to Abbott Hospital.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting the day to day operations of our Guest Services Staff to ensure our guest and clients have a successful experience both during their stay and beyond!

He/she will be responsible for working with a budget to control expenses, maintain inventory and grow revenues.  Hiring, retaining, training, coaching and counseling the staff.  Creating an environment for success while working with other departments to achieve the hotel goals!

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background with hotel operations experience.  He/she must be flexible, the schedule will vary based on business, guest and meeting needs of the hotel. 

He/She will be required to meet and maintain the standards of the hotel.  Must have a good understanding of hotel.  Will need to be organized, have great communication skills and must possess basic computer skills.   The candidate must be able control expenses including payroll.
