To effectively manage and supervise the Front Office and Guest Services Department to ensure the maximization of revenue, complete guest satisfaction, and employee satisfaction as a member of the Sofitel Management Team.

 Assist in the management of operations within the Front Office Reception, Service Department, Concierge, Night Audit and Bell Teams

  • Assist with leading, coaching, planning and setting of clear goals and expectations for Guest Service Experts and Front Office Supervisors
  • Seamlessly integrate Front Office Operations with Sofitel internal departments (i.e. Food and Beverage, Catering and Sales, etc.)
  • Ensure that the level of customer service delivered to our guests is consistent with our Sofitel Luxury Standards
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with our LRA Sofitel Luxury Standards
  • Assist with the progressive discipline, coaching, and counseling of line team members
  • Participation in the Manager on Duty Program
  • Assistance with recruitment , selection, and evaluation of guest service experts and supervisors
  • Assisting the Front Desk Manager, Guest Relations Manager, and Director of Guest Services in daily operations
  • Assist in the management and facilitation of operational training programs for Front Office team members

  • 2 years experience in luxury hotel in a similar position
  • Must be comfortable learning & using multiple computer programs of varying degrees of complexity.
  • Must be able to walk , stand, move continuously for a minimum of eight hours
