Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is a four diamond property in La Jolla CA that first opened its doors in 2004. Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa features 26,000 square feet of state-of-the-art IACC certified conference facilities, a full service Spa & Fitness center, and multiple award winning restaurants and lounges.

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa is searching for talented and customer service oriented individuals to fill the Reservations Agent positions currently available. The positions are available on a full-time basis to start immediately. Some of the major duties for the Reservations Agent include: customer service, inbound telephone handling, up selling, providing information on the property and the surrounding areas, ensuring an excellent guest experience, having the ability to retain large amounts of information, listening to prospective guests and being able to provide recommendations based on their specific travel needs, and being able to promote and portray an enthusiastic and professional demeanor and environment at all times, accurately registering reservations in SMS, maximizing revenue, and other duties as requested.

All candidates must be able to work various schedules including weekends and holidays. Prior reservations experience preferred.
