*2 or more years of GM/Assistant GM major brand hotel experience. (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, Starwood)
*Must be professional in appearance & technology sound (Microsoft Office)
*Excellent management and leadership capabilities
*Proficient in all areas of hotel operations
*Able to train, motivate, and supervise
*Outgoing personality and great people skills
*Experience with Budgeting and P&L Statements
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
