Crescent Hotels & Resorts, a Top 10 National Hotel and Resort Management Company, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Manager at the Best Western Old Colony Inn located in Alexandria Virginia.  The Old Colony Inn is a boutique property located in Old Town Alexandria - featuring 49 guestrooms. 

We are seeking a highly motivated leader with a demonstrated record of driving top line sales, managing profitability, excelling at guest service, and creating an employer of choice culture for our associates. Candidates should have extensive knowledge of limited service operations, including marketing plans, preparation of business plans, budget forecasting, and quality assurance programs. Strong guest relations and interpersonal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate. Qualified candidates with a minimum of three years general manager experience are preferred.
