The prestigious New York Athletic Club, one world's premier private club, founded in 1868 and located on Central Park South in Manhattan is seeking for a regular full-time cook.The candidate for this position must be able to work at all kitchen station like sauteing, broiler, grilling, sauces, dressings, poaching, meat and fish preparation.
Must have excellent knife skills and be able to work under pressure. The ideal candidate must be assertive, energetic, motivated and be able to work in a team environment.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in busy high quality restaurant.. Banquet cook experience a plus particularly in Hotel or Private Club. Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of hot and cold food preparation.
