AM Food and Beverage Clubhouse Manager

SUMMARY

This individual is responsible for the day to day operation of the golf clubhouse and administrative tasks. The AM Clubhouse Manager will help promote continuity as they work hand in hand with all departments. Immediate Supervisor will be the Director of Food and Beverage

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Open clubhouse daily

Complete all required clubhouse paperwork, ordering & invoice processing daily

Manage, train and oversee food and beverage staff on an ongoing basis

Make sure all areas of clubhouse are fully stocked

Complete daily, weekly and monthly inventories

Market and manage grill room, half way café, beverage carts and housekeeping

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Experience is a plus. Must be able to use basic word processing and data entry programs (excel, word). Candidate must have excellent organizational & leadership skills, as well as the ability to direct and implement multiple tasks. Culinary experience is desired. Bachelors/Associate Degree in related field desired industry.
