Human Resource Manger - Reporting to the Hotel General Manager to provide Human Resources support at both strategic and operational levels to the Hotel and Restaurant through interpreting business needs. Work together with Department Directors and Managers developing focused and pragmatic Human Resource solutions which are aligned to the hotels business objectives.
Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Laws Against Sexual Harassment, Organization. Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
