TPG Hospitality seeks service-driven, results-oriented individual for Regional Director of Operations. Position oversees portfolio of approximately eight to ten properties, located primarily in Florida. Brands include Marriott, Westin, Wyndham, Holiday Inn and other first-class flags.

The Regional Director of Operations supervises hotel General Managers in all aspects of operations. Must have the ability to affect positive change and continual progress in the areas of financial performance, revenue management and guest satisfaction. Hands-on position guides properties in improving service standards, increasing profit, reducing costs and maintaining franchise standards. Position requires substantial travel by car and air (up to 100%).

Qualified candidates will have minimum 10 years General Manager experience in first-class, full-service, major-flag hotels. Background must include significant exposure to upscale properties, and previous regional / multi-property experience.

Must have thorough working knowledge of all aspects of hotel management, including financial reports, revenue management, guest satisfaction standards, etc. Must possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to direct, coach, mentor and develop hotel general managers. Position is actively involved in sales and revenue strategies.

Must have demonstrated record of success in exceeding and maintaining guest satisfaction scores according to applicable Brand standards.
