Qualified candidates will have minimum 10 years General Manager experience in first-class, full-service, major-flag hotels. Background must include significant exposure to upscale properties, and previous regional / multi-property experience.
Must have thorough working knowledge of all aspects of hotel management, including financial reports, revenue management, guest satisfaction standards, etc. Must possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to direct, coach, mentor and develop hotel general managers. Position is actively involved in sales and revenue strategies.
Must have demonstrated record of success in exceeding and maintaining guest satisfaction scores according to applicable Brand standards.
Residence in Florida / Southeast, or willingness to relocate, strongly preferred.
