Guest Service Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic, outgoing and energetic individual for the position of Front Desk Agent for our Residence Inn located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

The diverse portfolio includes select-service, extended stay, mid-scale and full-service hotels in primary and secondary markets.

 

This part-time position will greet customers and assist with check-in and check-out.  We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented. This person will work as part of a team to maintain and promote hospitality at all times. This involves welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. As part of this job you will be required to use computers, handle cash and charges accurately, and be on your feet for long periods of time.
