We are currently seeking an energetic, goal oriented Guest Services Manager for our Residence Inn located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This person is responsible for the successful coordination and delivery of service at the front desk, bell area, reservations, and night audit. This position is also responsible for recruiting, training and coaching front office staff according to brand standards.
Candidates for consideration will have excellent working knowledge of and experience in all facets of a hotel front office. Management or supervisory experience is required. Marriott brand and opening experience preferred. Must be a strong motivator, leader and trainer. Excellent guest service skills, a high level of organization and attention to detail are required.
