Job Description
Upon its opening in 1915, The Claremont Hotel Club & Spa gained a reputation as a retreat on the sunny side of the bay for wealthy San Franciscans looking to escape the fog. The Claremont Hotel Club & Spa is now a Four-Diamond 279-room property boasting 30,000 square feet of meeting space and a 25,000 square foot spa. This beautiful resort is located on 22 acres overlooking San Francisco Bay, approximately 18 miles from Oakland International Airport and 25 miles from San Francisco International Airport. Kids' Club needs a dedicated Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations and programs of the Kids' Club center.
- Program direction and development, professional development for associates, and quality assurance
- Hire, coordinate, train, manage, and evaluate and provide leadership to Kids' Club staff
- Create a positive learning environment for program staff
- Plan and coordinate exhibits and special events in collaboration with the Director of Social Events
- Prepare program and revenue reports for Director of Club Operations/ Director of Club and Spa
- Along side the Club management team, determine long term funding sources for growth and maintenance
- Represent the Club and Kids' Club at appropriate committees, meetings, and special events.
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations and programs of the Kids’ Club

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements: above average leadership skills, organizational and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to handle several situations simultaneously; ability to create an activity schedule, friendly, energetic and dependable.
