Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities include managing a sports bar and food service operation to ensure profitability, quality entertainment, and hospitality.

Position will include a focused effort on staff management, dining room and sports bar, and inventory control and customer relations.

Duties will also include coordinating with management in overseeing day-to-day operations, promotional events, responding to concerns, and building customer loyalty. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience managing a food service operation, including inventory control, cash handling, employee supervision and scheduling REQUIRED. Sports bar management preferred.

Experience with MICROS or other POS system required. Kronos experience helpful.

Should be TABC certified, organized, possess excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, and have ability to interact with community leaders, employees, and the general public in a professional, ethical manner.

Should also be proactive, detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Includes nights, weekends and holidays in a fun, fast-paced environment.
