This position will ensure consistent delivery of flawless guest service through assessing trends, consistent follow-up, increasing speed of HotSos work orders, and monitoring calls. Support the bell staff and management team by monitoring daily call volumes, staffing requirements, and communicating relevant operational information. Responsible for the expediting of all bell service requests in a timely manner to the bell persons to ensure flawless service for all hotel guests.

Other Job Tasks:

  • Provide updated information pertaining to the hotel and local area.
  • Follow-up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction and solicit guest feedback.
  • Monitor HotSos trends by reporting and displaying service delivery times, such as check-in and check-out turnaround times and amenity deliveries.
  • Run necessary reports to compare service levels and response times of bell persons.
  • Communicate with the management team to increase efficiencies of Bell Services by ensuring that timely reports are generated from HotSos to ensure that the management team has access to the most current metrics.
  • Responsible for monitoring the Bell Services portion of HotSos to ensure that all work orders are closed in the database as well as other duties required to maintain the integrity of the system.
  • Responsible for researching misplaced luggage or other items.
  • Responsible for the timely dispatch of all guest requests to ensure that Bell Services operates at maximum efficiency. Take all guest calls for Bell Services and coordinate the requests among the bell persons. Once a call is received, the expediter is responsible for entering the work order into HotSos and then tracking the work order until it is closed and the follow-up call has been made to the guest to ensure complete satisfaction.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, holidays and weekends. Hours: flexible
