Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper
service for all banquet functions.

Must have a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays.

Responsible for overseeing function of a 4 Diamond Hotel
to ensure guest and hotel standards are exceeded.

Job Requirements

* Qualified applicant must have excellent
interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Must be able to work a variety of shifts which
include weekends and holidays.

* Microsoft knowledge skills with a strong
understanding of excel preferred.

* Must be able to work independently, stand for long
periods of time, eye for detail, and multi-task.

* Previous experience in hotel banquets or other high
volume food & beverage establishment in leadership
or supervisory role preferred.

* Must have food handlers permit and TABC certified.
