Recruiting & Training Manager
Ocean Plaza Beach Resort
Location: US - GA - Tybee Island
1) Responsible for all employee recruiting and screening efforts of the resort property.
2) Responsible for onboarding, orientating, and training of all newly hired employees.
3) Responsible for maintaining employee training records and for presenting continuing training to existing employees.
1. Must have a 4 year college degree.
2. Must have minimum 5 years hotel human resources experience.
3. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
4. Must have ability to courteously present information to people in one-on-one and group situations.
5. Must have ability to apply common sense and understanding and to follow policies, procedures, and instructions.
6. Must have patience and the ability to deal with problems involving several variables in changing situations.
7. Must be proud of their work and pay careful attention to details.
8. Must be mature and able to work on own with minimal supervision. Must be a self-starter.
9. Must have strong computer skills.
10. Must be a good employee trainer.
