Catering Sales Manager

The Sales Catering manager is responsible for the sales, service and organization of the execution of weddings and social catering events. The candidate will be a consultant and partner in the success of the planners events. Responsibilities include achieving catering revenue goals by actively up-selling each opportunity to maximize revenue. The incumbent will also manage wedding room blocks.

Must have at least two years of Catering/Sales experience and have exceptional customer service skills. Must have working knowledge of hotel catering industry and wedding terminology and have strong organizational skills.
