The Radisson Duluth seeks a Food and Beverage Director with the responsibility of being Executive Chef with more than 9,000 square feet of event space for up to 400 guests as well as Restaurant General Manager for JJ Astor. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Culinary educated and certified and or equivalent experience.
Four to Five years of employment in a related position.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
TIPS certification.
Food and Sanitation certificate.
