The Oceanaire Seafood Room located in Dallas, TX.. is currently seeking an experienced, high-energy Hourly Sales and Events Coordinator for an excellent career opportunity!

The qualified individual will have experience in driving sales, cultivating client relationships, and meeting performance expectations. Candidates must also posses experience in supervising, directing, and motivating service personnel to ensure superior guest service is provided at every level.

The Hourly Sales and Events Coordinator is compensated at an hourly rate plus commissions on budgeted sales goals.

The qualified applicant should have 2+ experience in a fine-dining, high-volume restaurant, the ability to direct and motivate staff to achieve optimal results, and experience in meeting/exceeding budgeted performance expectations.
