To assist the Director of Food & Beverage in the effective management and direction of restaurant and banquet operations in reference to quality service, supervision of employees, monitor quality and consistency of food production, cost control, and inventory. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.

2-3 years of hotel/restaurant management experience.
Must be flexible and able to 40+ hours per week.
Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff.
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
