As Assistant Banquet Manager you are responsible for overseeing the success of all banquet events and activities; supervising room set-ups, services, schedules and clean-ups of all banquet functions; selecting, training and developing employees.

-Previous supervisory/management experience and skills.
-Prefer two years banquet management experience.
-Previous hotel food and beverage experience preferred.
