About the Company

JIPC Management is the Restaurant Support Center for John's Incredible Pizza Company. Located in Rancho Santa Margarita, we provide support to restaurant operations for all John's Incredible Pizza Company locations.

Johns Incredible Pizza Co. was established in 1997. We are planning to develop three restaurants facilities per year over the next three years and we need incredible people to help make this happen! Our restaurant facilities are approximately 50,000 square and include multiple themed dining rooms and a Fun World filled with rides and attractions for all ages. We strive to create a fun, family environment where our guests can enjoy all-you-can-eat food and fun under one roof.

Job Scope/Summary

A Department Manager will focus on providing incredible guest service and satisfaction by leading and developing our team members as well as maintain the friendliness, freshness and cleanliness of John's. Department Managers will manage one area of our concept and ensure team member efficiency, safety and security. A Department Manager must possess the ability to adapt to the ever-changing surroundings and issues that accompany a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Coordinates operations, procedures and daily activities.Oversees Team Members, ensuring all policies, procedure, safety, and daily activities are being followed.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively in front of groups which may include guests and team members
• Must be able to work a 50-hour work week (weekdays and weekends). We offer a 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off
• Must possess strong leadership skills
• Must have two to four years of management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Keeps accurate cash, sales, food cost, payroll and inventory control records and accounts for variances.
