The Director of Revenue Management will strategically coordinate the revenue management processes and procedures for the hotel to maximize each hotel's rooms revenue.

* Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls
* Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies
* Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics and demand factors
* Conduct competitive and demand analysis
* Maintain distribution channel data integrity.
* Participate and prepare rolling forecast and annual budget for each property using PMS, Delphi, Redx, and forecasting tools RevTOOLS.* Ensure that all rooms statistics reports, including the Financial statement, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent
* Ensure that all revenue management related systems are maintained including Opera/Phidelio, Redx/Synxis, Electronic channels, GDS, and Delphi.
* Support the NSA at the property level to complete the monthly audit in making sure that the Delphi system is being utilized effectively.
* Attend Weekly Sales Meeting to maintain communication of strategies and need periods.
* Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in the field of revenue management
* Bachelors degree is required, Advanced or MBA degree is desirable
* Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
* Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
* Demonstrated analytical ability and financial acumen
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
* Experience working with PMS, Delphi, Redx/Synxis, Opera/Phidelio and forecasting tools RevTOOLS.
* Demonstrated results orientation
* Ability to interface and interact with a diverse group of individuals as well as with Sr. management, business partners, and customer groups
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Warm, personable and energetic demeanor with professional and pleasant phone manner
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
* Ability to prioritize, identify problems, and seek solutions and follow up and follow through with a variety of tasks

* Some portions of the assignments require travel to other hotels, trade shows and client events via car, plane, rail, subway or other mode.
* Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and subordinates.
* Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
* Must have finger dexterity to be able to operate office equipment such as computers, printers, 10-key adding machine, multi-line touch tone phone, filing cabinets, FAX machines, photocopiers, dolly and other office equipment as needed.
