Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Destination Site Manager to join our team.
The Destination Site Manager has overall responsibility to achieving and/or exceeding the hotel sales revenue goals. Be an on property liaison for group events within the sales office group booking parameters. Provides property support by coordinating and executing site inspections/visits for all sales managers. Also, includes sales prospecting to gain new business. Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery. Implements the brand's service strategy and applicable brand initiative in all aspects of the sales process and drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Job Requirements
The best candidates will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and should present a professional appearance.
Candidates should have the ability to self-motivate, be a strong team player, and be willing to learn. Excellent relationship-building and negotiating skills, exceptional follow-through, strong organizational skills and strong time-management skills are required.
The Destination Site Manager will be required to utilize PC applications, including property management systems, database and Microsoft Office products.
Candidate should have at least a BA Degree along with a minimum of 3-5 years Sales experience. Large group sales experience preferred. Schedule varies to include nights & weekends.
